A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA FIXING AMOUNT
OF BASE RENTAL PAYABLE BY THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA UNDER THAT CERTAIN LEASE
AGREEMENT ENTITLED "LEASE AGREEMENT",
DATED AS OF DECEMBER 1, 1978
WHEREAS, th~s Agency has heretofore approved as
to form that certal-n Lease Agreement entl-tled "Lease
Agreement", dated as of December I, 1978 (the "Lease Agree-
ment"), on f~le ln the offlce of the Secretary of the
Agency, provlded that following the award by the Agency
of its Parklng Lease Revenue Bonds (the "Bonds"), the
Secretary shall lnsert the amount of annual Base Rental
to be pal-d by the C~ty of Santa Monlca (the "Clty") to

the Agency In Section 4 of sa~d Lease Agreement; and
provlded further, that the amount of sa~d annual Base
Rental shall not exceed $1,600,000; and
WHEREAS, such Lease Agreement has been further
approved by a majorlty vote of the voters of the Cl-ty at
electlon, duly called, held and conducted on November 2,
1976; and
WHEREAS, thl-s Agency has adopted l-ts resolutlon
awarding the Bonds; and

WHEREAS, thlS Agency has conducted a publlC
hearlng pursuant to Sectl-on 33433 of the Health and Safety
Code to determine the falr market rental value of the
