RESOLUTION NO. 366 (RAS)
(Redevelopment Agency Serles)
A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DESIGNATING
THE CITY CLERK AS THE SECRETARY TO THE
AGENCY.
WHEREAS, by City Councll Ordinance No. 1202 (CCS), the
City CounCll of the Clty of Santa Monlca designated the Clty Clerk
to be the Secretary of the Agency; and,
WHEREAS, in order to update Agency bank slgnature cards,
lt lS necessary that the Agency ratlfy, by resolution, the designatlon
of the City Clerk as Secretary to the Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE REDEVELOP~1ENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. The City Clerk of the City of Santa Monlca lS
hereby designated as the Secretary of the Redevelopment Agency of the
Clty of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 2. The Secretary shall certlfy to the adoptlon of
thlS resolutlon, and thenceforth and thereafter the sa~e shall be ln
full force and effect.
