RESOLUTION NO, 304
R~SOLUTION. OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
USE OF PROCLAIMER CERTIFICATES AND ESTABLISH-
I~G WHICH ~PA OFFICIAL IS AUTHORIZED TO PREPARE,
EXECUTE? AND SUBMIT SUCH CERTIFICATES.
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development authorizes
local Public Agencies carrying out urban renewal projects to certify to
the existence and documentation of certain facts and requirements, sub-
ject to a postaudit by HUD and in lieu of the submission of such docu-
mentation for prior review and approval by HUe, as set forth in such
regulations, policies, and requirements of the Secretary as shall be
in effect from time to time;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Santa Monica, California, as follows:
The following official is authorized to prepare, execute, and
submit the following proclaimer certificates to HUD on behalf of
the Local Public Agency in accordance with the regulatIons, policies
and requirements of the Secretary as shall be in effect from time to
time:
I. proclarmer Certificate Relative to Urban Renewal Plan
Amendments, Changes, or Modifications.
