(Redevelopment Agency Series)
A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA AUTHORIZING THE REIMBURSEMENT
OF CITY EXPENDITURES ON BEHALF OF THE OCEAN PARK
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Plan and the Disposition and Development
Agreement for the Ocean Park Redevelopment Project obligate the Agency to provide
certain public Improvements for the benefit of the project, including the
installation of water mains; and
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Monica has received bids for t~e installation
of said water mains in the manner required by law; and
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Monica has awarded a contract for said
public Improvements; and
WHEREAS, certain funds are available in the Redevelopment Agency accounts
which have been allocated for the installation of said water 1 ines, and
WHEREAS, a permit has been issued for such work pursuant to the
California Coastal Zone Conservation Act of 1972
NOW, THEREFORE, THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1
The Redevelopment Agency hereby authorizes the payment from
Agency funds for the reimbursement of City expenditures nade with respect to the
installation of water lines which are of benefit to the Ocean Park Redevelopment
Project.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Redevelopment Agency shall certify to
the adoption of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shal I be
In full force and effect.
