RESOLUTION NO. 302 (R.A.5,)
RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PROPOSED AMENDMENTS
TO THE AMENDED, REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR OCEAN PARK PROJECT
,I(B) AND RECOMI"END I NG APPROVAL AND ADOPTI ON OF, SA I D~
AMENDMENTS BY THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA, CAlIFORNI!\" ...
WHEREAS. the Community Redevelopment Law provides that a Redevelopment
Plan may be amended upon the recommendation of the Agency; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has prepared Proposed Amendments to the Amended
Redevelopment plan for Ocean Park Project I(b).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA, as follows:
I. The Proposed Amendments to the Amended Redevelopment Plan for
Ocean Park Project l(b) are hereby approved.
2. The Agency recommends that the City Council of the City of Santa
Monica, CalifornIa, adopt the Proposed Amendments to the Amended
Redevelopment Plan for Ocean Park Project 1 (b).
3. The Executive Director of the Agency is hereby authorized and
directed to file forthWith with the City Clerk of the City of
Santa Monica, California, this Resolution, which constitutes
the recommendations of thiS Agency as required by law.
