SECTION 3. That the assessment of the construction of a high-pressure sodium
streetlighting system and appurtenant work on:

Lincoln Boulevard
Princeton Street
Prospect Avenue
Yale Street
- from Arizona Avenue to Wilshire Boulevard;
- from Ocean Park Boulevard to Pearl Street;
- from Montana Avenue to Alta Avenue;
- from Wilshire Boulevard to Washington Avenue;
- from Marine Street to the end of street (dead end);
- from Montana Avenue to Washington Avenue;
as more fully described in Resolution Numbers 8287 (CCS), 8314 (CCS), 8413 (CCS),
and 8505 (CCS), be the same hereby is confirmed and approved,
SECTION 4. That the Superintendent of Streets shall forthwith attach a warrant to
said assessment bearing the date of this confirmation.
