SUBJECT: Easement Deeds - to City from Rumble Oil Company, and the Sheridans
Attached are originals of Easement Deeds which were sent to us
this week by the City Attorney's office. You will note they were
recorded in 1970. We are sending them to you for permanent filing.
On checking our records we find that in March 1970 we foryarded
you this original deed from the Sheridans, and. in April 1970 we
forwarded you original deed from Humble Oil, for your pe~ent files.
At our request in 1970, the County Auditor cancelled taxes on
both properties.
