(16), said point being eight and one hundredth (8.01) feet North
Easterly from the most Southerly corner of said Lot Sixteen (16);
thence North forty-five degrees (450) forty-one minutes (41')
East forty-six and seven hundredths (46.07) feet; thence North
forty-one degrees (410) eleven minutes (11') West sixty-eight
