R11601City Council Meeting: June 25, 2024 RESOLUTION NUMBER 11601 (CCS) (City Council Series) A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO REVISE THE CONFIDENTIAL UNREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES PAY PLAN WHEREAS, on June 25, 2024, a revised Confidential Unrepresented Employees (CUE) Pay Plan was presented to the City Council of the City of Santa Monica for consideration; and WHEREAS, the purpose of the Pay Plan is to promote and provide harmonious relations, cooperation, and understanding between the City and participants of CUE; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Santa Monica hereby approves and authorizes the City Manager to execute the revised Confidential Unrepresented Employees Pay Plan (FY2022-2025), to add several job classifications. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
