SUBJECT. Recoumendation to Award Bid for Bottled Water & Dispensers.

Introduction
This report concerns award of bid for Bottled Hater & Dispensers
in the total approximate amount of $10,000.00 including applicable
sales tax. Funds for this purchase have been budgeted in various
accounts in the current budget. This award should cover the
esti~ated City requirenents for the period August 1, 1981 through
July 31, 1982.
Background
In response to published Notice Inviting Bids to furnish and
deliver bottled water and dispensers in accordance with City
specifications, bids were received and publicly opened and read
July 23, 1981. Proposal forms were mailed to five known
suppliers and notices were advertised in accordance with City
Charter and rlunicipal Code provisions. ~IO proposals were
received as follows:

Recommendation
